Today I was looking through all of the awesome MiniMonos blogs! While looking through to blogs I noticed one blog that is doing something super cool!
If you check out MiniMonos Express, they have been posting tips to saving the world!

These enviornmental tips are super cool and the MiniMonos team thinks you all have done a fantastic job with them!

New Monkey fact Monday

Hey Monkeys!
This week Taylor1318 is posting about Rhesus Monkeys! If you look at the picture below they are really cute! Lol. :-D

Picture from National Geographic Mammals page as well as most information below.

As you can see from the picture, Rhesus Monkeys are brownish color with red faces, pretty cute right?
These monkeys are mostly from Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Southeast Asia, and China. A few military troops also introduced Rhesus Monkeys to America!
You will normally find Rhesus monkeys eating roots, fruit, seeds and bark, but also bugs and small animals. They live in troops (monkey groups) that can be as big as 200 monkeys! Whoa! That must be NOISY! :-D
Rhesus monkeys can climb and swim really well but prefer to spend most of their time on the ground -- just like us!

Hey Monkeys,

Summer is just starting and I thought to start of the summer I would add some green to my room! I purchased a new plant which is going to be the mascot of See You Sunday with me! One problem... he doesn't have a name!

Monkeys brainstormed some names for him this past weekend at See You Sunday and we went down to a few choices. Please vote on the poll below for your favorite name for the plant...

New High Score's

It's that time once again! See You Sunday was great this week, sorry if you missed out! Join us next week, plus we will be celebrating the 4th of July! :-) Don't miss it!
Monkey Flight high scores:

  Nickonastick came in first with 2,812 clouds collected, sweet! Tusder was 2nd with 2,276 clouds and Smiley37face was 3rd place! Great job monkeys!
Recycle game high scores:
If you play Recycle often the recycle bin at your treehouse will be clear! :-)

Momu came in first with a total of 3,443 items recycled! AWESOME SAUCE! Jayvan2000 was 2nd place and Twitter07 was 3rd! Recycling FTW. ;-)

Lizzybug7 came in first on the list with a score of 375,750! Fabulous! Mattybon received 2nd place and LilyG came in 3rd. LilyG is back, watch out monkeys! Hehe.

TicTacPoo is always a party favorite... Should we play it during the 4th of July party? :-)

Monkeymite came in 1st place, again! This must be Monkeymite's favorite game. Hehe! Sparkcharm2 came in 2nd! Calzone was 3rd! 

Grow high scores:
Right now is a perfect time to grow some crops in the US! Summer time! Woot!
Masterbanana was 1st -- 3rd week in a row! WOW! Lizzybug7 was 2nd! Gessy came in 3rd! Very great monkeys! I love to see you guys hit the high scores a few weeks in a row! Shows how much you really love the game. :-)

The MiniMonos Monthly Masterpiece is back with a new challenge for you! Summer is starting for many monkeys so this month we've decided what our theme is going to be: A MiniMonos Summer!


Objective:  Create a video, drawing, sculpture, painting, poem, story or anything else artistic to show us the best summer ever...on MiniMonos!
This is your chance to get creative, the theme is very open so try to be as creative and original as possible!
Here's the catch...your entry has to relate to being eco-friendly :)
Deadline: All entries must be in by July 22, 2011!
